John and his team came out and found a cracked piped that a plumber had looked at. He cleared the wall while maintaining the original 1912 oak trim and made a minimally invasive hole to give the plumber clear access for replacement. We  woke up to a flooded basement from a pressure tank giving way in the middle of the night.  We called Done Right and John was here in a very short amount of time.  John and crew started working right away to get the big mess taken care of.  John is very knowledgable when it comes to flooding etc.  He calmed us down and reassured us it would be good again.
