We came home recently to a water heater gushing with water, on a Sunday night, with little time to decipher with what to do next. After a call to John, he came over immediately, and his subsequent service and engaging personality were simply exemplary, and I've never experienced someone in his industry with this level of professional follow-up and unbiased advice. A great experience with 5 Stars all around

John and his team came to our flood damaged home within hours of my call. I had water damage on two of my three levels. They came in mitigated, got humidifiers and fans going immediately and stopped for their damage from happening. John and his team worked directly with my insurance, sent me videos and paperwork to be done all online being that I was out of state at the time. Excellent team, great communication would highly recommend.

John came out and cleaned my carpets. I'm a repeat customer of 15+ years, and I'm always so pleased with how they do. Dog stains - gone. Traffic patterns - dealt with. My carpets live longer, and this group is responsible.

John and his team came out and found a cracked piped that a plumber had looked at. He cleared the wall while maintaining the original 1912 oak trim and made a minimally invasive hole to give the plumber clear access for replacement. He and his team were prompt, informative, polite, and laid out all my options clearly. I would definitely recommend his team for any clean up and restoration work. Thank you!

We woke up to a flooded basement from a pressure tank giving way in the middle of the night. We called Done Right and John was here in a very short amount of time. John and crew started working right away to get the big mess taken care of. John is very knowledgable when it comes to flooding etc. He calmed us down and reassured us it would be good again. Everyone working was very kind. Thank you for everything John, our Hero!
